HealthSync AI is a personal health tracking and informational tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received via the App's AI recommendations.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App's source code or AI models.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or spam to the SyncForum or community features.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users in the community sections.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Infinity Global Solutions LLC and its licensors. HealthSync AI and its logos are trademarks of Infinity Global Solutions LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinity Global Solutions LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
